Brad Piercewright

CEO

Brad an Ex-professional footballer at Northampton Town, QPR, Grimsby and Scarborough, made the jump into corporate world at 24 and decided at 26 to start his own business, Technocopy Solutions was formed in 2008 from his loft and he took that to a £3 million pound business from a standing start.

Making 3 acquisitions during a 10 year period he finally sold the business in August 2018 in a multi million pound deal.

Anglotech was formed in London in 2015 and now the national business is going from strength to strength.

Keen athlete, enjoys running, Padel, Golf and also keeps fit running around after his 4 children.

Dylan Hartley

Director

Dylan is a former New Zealand born rugby union player. He played hooker for England and Northampton Saints, becoming the countries most capped hooker. He is a world record-equalling grand slam winner, with the most successful winning percentage as England captain.

Dylan always knew professional sport was a short career and he’d made plans for several years to take an active role in business. Now he has retired from Rugby, he’s delighted to be involved with his new team at Anglotech.

Stephen Etheridge

Chairman

Stephen joins Anglo having recently retired as Chairman of Church Holdings the world famous footwear group a position he has held for the past 2 years following a highly successful 16 year tenure as Group Chief Executive

He was appointed by Prada following their acquisition of Church in 2001 to lead a team that developed and delivered a vision of turning a famous UK manufacturing based footwear company into a leading global player with a retail footprint of over 60 stores in 16 countries backed by a leading and supportive International Fashion Group.

Prior to Church he build up a wealth of experience running companies both large and small and has been involved in mergers sales and acquisition activities, and holds a number of other Non executive directorships

A keen golf and ardent rugby fan he, unlike the other directors actively avoids running!

Ross Oakley

Sales Director

Ross joined Anglotech in 2019, with a strong background in sales. His focus and objective have been to grow the business and its name in London and the surrounding area.

The group has grown through their several acquisitions across the country, it has added a new dimension to Ross’s role, where he has succeeded in developing the business beyond expectation, whilst also successfully looking after new & existing accounts from acquisitions.

We are proud to have Ross on our team and know he’ll offer the best service and advice.

Michael Barrington-Hibbert

Non Executive Director

Michael is an Non Executive Director at AngloTech.

He is a former professional footballer, and played alongside with Brad at Northampton Town before embarking on a career in Investment Banking with Morgan Stanley in New York.

Michael has built up a wealth of international sales experience, and will be working alongside the team in London.

Richard Willson

Operations Director

Richard joined the team in December 2019 as Group Operating Director. He previously worked with our CEO Brad at Technocopy Solutions, a company that sold in a multi million pound deal in 2018.

Richard was the obvious choice to help grow and support Anglotech’s new ventures with many years of experience in operations and successful business integration.

Outside of work Richard likes to keep fit so he can keep up with his two young daughters.

Sam Pounder

General Manager

Sam joined Anglotech as part of our first acquisition of Technocopy Ltd. He started his career as an apprentice in 1997 and has recently celebrated 23 years within the industry.

His passion is dealing with and looking after customers on a day to day basis to provide exceptional customer support.

In his spare time, Sam follows the England Cricket Team, home and abroad. He also holds a season ticket following his local football team for 27 years consecutively. Sam’s keen to keep fit and loves running and walking.

Danny Lineham

National Account Manager

Danny joined Anglotech in February 2019 as the Business Development Manager, having previously worked with Brad at his previous business.

Since starting with the business, Danny has had great success in retaining and winning new customers and this was recognised with his promotion to National Account Manager in 2020. Danny has a down to earth personality and focuses on really understanding customers needs so that he can provide them with a quality experience and solution.

Outside of work, Danny loves boxing, taking his son to Rugby and helping his daughter look after her horse. Weekends are a thing of the past.

Malcolm Knight

Service Manager

Malcolm has been in the photocopier industry for over 30 years, from a background in engineering.

Malcolm manages our Service Department and helps run the Nottingham office following our acquisition of the RVS Group in October 2019.

In his spare time, he enjoys football, playing, coaching and watching, with the occasional personal challenge, completing the national three peaks coast to coast bike ride and obtaining a bachelor of science degree.
